Returns

Triangle Films guarantees all DVDs sold from our website. If the item is defective, we will replace it with another identical item free of charge if returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. If the item that you selected is currently unavailable, we will issue a store credit. Please email customerservice@trianglefilms.com or call 818-782-6944 for a return authorization prior to returning the product.

Failed-Delivery Returns

Any orders returned to our facility in which the post office was unable to deliver due to an error on the customer's part will result in the customer being responsible for any additional shipping charges for the item to be re-shipped. All orders should be verified thoroughly before being submitted. We do not assume any responsibility for items not arriving due to a shipping error on the customer's behalf.
